Physician Assistant - Bountiful & Tooele - Part Time

Actively seeking a part-time Physician Assistant to join our Allergy Asthma & Immunology department in Bountiful and Tooele clinics. This person will work collaboratively with out physicians to evaluate diagnose and manage pediatric and adult patients with allergic respiratory and immunologic conditions.

The provider will be responsible for patient evaluations follow-up care medication management treatment planning and patient education. Schedule: Part-time schedule: 2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and managing patients with asthma allergic rhinitis eczema food allergies urticaria immunodeficiency disorders and other allergic conditions.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Prescribing and managing medications including biologic therapies.
• Reviewing diagnostic testing laboratory results and allergy testing.
• Complete 3 month training with physician.

Minimum Requirements:

• Appropriate and applicable licensure education and certification as a Physician Assistant in the state of Utah.
• Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient treatment
• Board Certification/Eligible
