About Us

Kairos is an outcomes-focused pain relief and recovery center built to help people feel better in their bodies and livesnot through quick fixes but through intentional whole-person care. We address pain tension and nervous system overload by combining hands-on therapy with individualized evidence-based support.

This is not a spa and not a high-volume clinic. Our work is calm focused and centered on delivering real lasting results.

What Youll Do
  • Administer manual therapy neuromuscular re-education and recovery modalities
  • Support movement screenings client education onboarding and discharge processes
  • Document all sessions accurately using EMR systems
  • Maintain a clean safe and fully functional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with PTs massage therapists and coaches to deliver coordinated care

  • Maintain90% client adherenceto treatment plans
  • Achieve100% accuracyin clinical documentation and EMR compliance
  • Deliver812 sessions per daywith a4.7 client satisfaction score
  • Participate in95% of caseswithin a multidisciplinary care model
What Were Looking For
Required:
  • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Texas
  • CurrentCPR AED and First Aidcertification
  • Minimum 1 yearof experience in a clinical setting
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills
Preferred:
  • 13 yearsof experience in outpatient orthopedic or performance-based environments
  • Experience working in high-output client-facing roles
  • Interest in integrated or performance-based recovery models
