We are looking for compassionate dependable Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who enjoy helping adults improve their mobility safety independence and quality of life.

• Current Georgia PT/PTA license in good standing
• Licensure in both Georgia and South Carolina preferred or willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure
• Graduate of an accredited PT or PTA program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance
• Willingness to work in both clinic and mobile/home-based settings
• Ability to travel to patients homes and community locations as needed
• Strong communication organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team
• Timely and accurate completion of patient documentation
• Comfortable working with older adults and individuals with a variety of orthopedic neurological balance and mobility conditions
• Ability to safely assist patients with transfers gait balance exercises and functional mobility
• Commitment to patient-centered compassionate care

• Georgia and South Carolina licensure
• Experience with geriatric or adult rehabilitation
• Experience with home-based/mobile therapy
• Experience with fall prevention balance neurological or orthopedic rehabilitation
