FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Yankton SD is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team.

In this role you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic neurological balance and mobility-related conditions while developing individualized treatment plans based on each patients needs and goals.

Whether youre an experienced Physical Therapist or a new graduate beginning your career youll have access to mentorship continuing education specialty training and opportunities to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the patients you serve.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
• Treat a diverse outpatient patient population with a variety of diagnoses and functional needs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans therapeutic exercises and strategies to support continued progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians healthcare providers and members of the clinical team
• Provide a positive patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
• Follow applicable professional ethical regulatory and clinic standards

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current South Dakota Physical Therapist license or eligibility for South Dakota licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
• Outpatient experience is a plus but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
