About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Waimea Hawaii. This role supports a mix of inpatient and outpatient therapy services including acute care ICU SNF and hospital-based outpatient rehab.
Responsibilities

Perform PT evaluations and treatments across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Support mobility progression discharge planning and rehab care for acute ICU Med/Surg SNF and outpatient patients.

Manage a full therapy schedule with strong independence and clinical judgment.

Document care accurately using Cerner.

Provide thorough patient-centered therapy in a rural hospital setting.
Requirements
-
Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license required or must obtain ASAP.

BLS/BCLS certification required.

Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience required.

Inpatient outpatient acute care ICU SNF or rural hospital experience preferred.

Cerner experience preferred.

Must be able to work Saturdays with no exceptions.

Flexibility with work hours may be required.
