As a Physical Therapist you will play an important role in helping patients regain mobility reduce pain improve function and achieve their personal goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care
• Providing high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
• Delivering evidence-based treatments tailored to each patients needs
• Building strong lasting relationships with patients
• Creating an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge
• Collaborating with fellow therapists support staff and clinic leadership
• Maintaining timely accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Educating patients and families on exercises injury prevention recovery and long-term wellness
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Promoting a positive professional and team-oriented clinic culture

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or eligible for South Carolina licensure
• New graduates are encouraged to applymentorship and support are provided
