Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility strength and function.
  
• Provide therapeutic exercises rehabilitation services and hands-on treatments to support patient recovery.
  
• Document patient progress adjust treatment plans as needed and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Doctorate or equivalent degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  
• Active state Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  
• Strong communication clinical assessment and patient-care skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
