Overview:

Overview

Assess plan organize and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility relieve pain and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members

Education
  • Bachelors Degree (Required)
  • Masters Degree (Preferred)
  • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
Certification/Licensure
  • Physical Therapy License (Required)

Experience
  • Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
  • Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
  • Initiate develop and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members patients and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations.
  • Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
