Responsibilities:
Evaluate speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing needs as appropriate to the assigned caseload.
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
Provide evidence-based interventions and monitor patient progress.
Educate patients caregivers and staff on communication strategies and swallowing recommendations.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care and discharge planning.
Complete accurate evaluations treatment notes and progress documentation.

Qualifications:
Graduate degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
Current Delaware SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
Clinical competence appropriate to the assigned caseload.
Strong communication teamwork and documentation skills.
