Physical Therapist

A leading home health organization in Salem Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!

Pay: Starting at $65/hour

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility strength and coordination
  
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises safety precautions and self-care strategies
  
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic patient-centered care
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required
  
• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
  
• Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
  
• Home health experience strongly preferred
  
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable insured vehicle required
