Job Type: Full-time (MondayFriday; 40 hours per week). Flexible scheduling may be considered based on candidate needs; however the standard expectation is eight-hour shifts five days per week.

As a PT Youll Achieve Success By:
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patients goals needs and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise manual therapy neuromuscular re-education and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based patient centered care
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Experience with general outpatient orthopedicseither as alicensed Physical Therapistorduring clinical rotationsfor new graduates.
Compensation: $85K - $112K inclusive of productivity incentives with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off medical dental vision disability and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
