Physical Therapist

A leading home health organization in Ramona California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00/hour

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent direct-hire position
  
• Monday-Friday day shift schedule with weekend rotation
  
• Guaranteed weekly pay

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  
• Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility strength and function
  
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques
  
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapist license required
  
• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
  
• Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
  
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
  
• Home health experience preferred
