Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient/Outpatient

Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Willoughby Ohio. This position provides physical therapy services in an inpatient and outpatient setting helping patients improve mobility strength balance function and independence.

Concept Rehab offers competitive compensation based on experience licensure clinical expertise and local market conditions. Compensation is determined based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

What Youll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment based on each patients clinical needs and goals
• Treat patients in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Address mobility strength balance gait endurance and functional independence
• Progress therapeutic activities and interventions based on patient response
• Collaborate with physicians nursing therapy staff and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients families and caregivers regarding treatment plans and functional goals
• Document evaluations treatments progress and discharge planning accurately and timely
• Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical communication organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients families and an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Inpatient and/or outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
