NHC Farragut is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team and provide flexible coverage throughout the Knoxville area.

The PRN Physical Therapist will provide coverage at NHC Farragut and other NHC-owned skilled nursing facilities in the Knoxville area as needed. This position is ideal for a PT who values flexibility and enjoys working with a collaborative rehabilitation team.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in the skilled nursing setting.
• Provide coverage when regular therapy partners are on vacation out sick or otherwise unavailable.
• Conduct weekend physical therapy evaluations as needed.
• Complete evaluations treatment progress notes and other required documentation in accordance with Medicare and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing physicians therapy staff residents and families to support positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of clinical care documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Telehealth services may also be requested as needed to support coverage and continuity of care.

• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• SNF/geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered and medically necessary skilled therapy.
