As a Physical Therapist youll evaluate patients develop individualized treatment plans provide skilled therapy services and help patients achieve their functional goals. Youll collaborate with patients families nursing staff and other members of the care team to provide quality outcomes.

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in skilled nursing rehabilitation or geriatric therapy is helpful but not required
