Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations tailored to age illness injury or condition
- Develop individualized plans of care and communicate treatment goals
- Implement and adjust care plans coordinating with support staff
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to support clinic success
- Contribute positively to team culture solving challenges proactively

Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
- Active Physical Therapy License in the State of Arkansas (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- 13 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome with mentorship available)
- Strong communication documentation and teamwork skills
- Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises functional training and physical modalities
