Physical Therapist, PRN, Hospital Setting

Due to growth and expanding therapy needs we seek an exceptional State Board LicensedPhysical Therapistto join our team in Woodland California.

This PRN position at Woodland Memorial Hospital in Woodland offers a flexible PRN position - periodic days vacation coverage weekends . . . we can make this work to fit your existing schedule. The Rehab team is solid and ready to welcome the acute hospital setting a dynamic collaborative environment you will focus on early mobilization educating patients post-surgical interventions and providing guidance on safe discharges.

Woodland Home Health/Acute maintains a good strong interdisciplinary team directed by an experienced supportive and approachable Rehabilitation Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessment treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
• Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises muscle re-education activities of daily living prosthetic training gait and functional training
• Educate patients and family on proper care plans
• Communicate with team members to ensure quality care is being provided

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university or the foreign equivalent
• California State licensed Physical Therapist

Salary range $55-$85/hour or equivalent salary dependent upon working hours experience and total compensation. We are flexible.
