Hello Physical Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based setting in Portage this role youll support students in accessing their educational environment by addressing mobility positioning and functional movement needs. Youll collaborate closely with school teams to help students participate safely and successfully in the classroom and school community.

• Competitive hourly pay (Up to $60/hour)
• W-2 employment with liability insurance included
• Reimbursement for licensure and professional expenses
• Mileage reimbursement between sites (if applicable)
• Supportive and collaborative school-based team environment

• Provide school-based physical therapy evaluations treatment and consultation
• Support students with mobility positioning and access to school environments
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers special education staff and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Recommend adaptive equipment positioning supports and environmental modifications
• Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records

• Active Michigan Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently
