Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric physical therapy services within a daycare setting allowing children to receive care during their normal daily routines for more natural real-world progress.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team (OT SLP teachers and caregivers) to deliver comprehensive coordinated care.
  • Review each childs medical history developmental milestones and family concerns to guide evidence-based individualized care.
  • Evaluate movement strength coordination balance and functional skills through play-based and standardized assessments in the childs everyday environment
  • Create individualized family-centered treatment plans that support development and participation in daily daycare activities and routines.
  • Monitor progress closely and adjust the plan of care to meet each childs evolving needs.
  • Partner with families and caregivers by providing education home exercise programs and strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
  • Passion for evidence-based patient centered care

Compensation: $ 75000-$95000 plus up to $10000 sign-on productivity incentives with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off medical dental vision disability and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
