Part-Time PT at Tucson Elementary Campus
Location: 1300 S. Belvedere Ave. Tucson AZ 85711
Schedule: Part-Time Onsite 20hrs per week
- They dont accept contracted staff who have previously been directly employed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to elementary school students.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and service records.
- Collaborate with teachers families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student mobility access and functional independence.
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist License.
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
