Physical Therapist – Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a permanent outpatient opportunity in Goodyear Arizona.

This position offers a patient-focused environment designed for therapists who want the time to provide individualized quality care rather than working in a high-volume clinic.

The clinic features a well-equipped gym and allows therapists the time needed to evaluate properly and treat each patient.

• 1-hour evaluations
  
• Approximately 30-minute treatment sessions with additional time based on individual patient needs
  
• Patient-centered approach rather than a high-volume treatment model

• Well-equipped rehabilitation gym
  

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals
  
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  
• Treat a variety of outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  
• Educate patients on exercises injury prevention mobility and long-term wellness
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate
  

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  
• Current or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
  
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Starting at $40/hour for new graduates
