All Star Physical Therapy in Desert Hot Springs CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit outpatient orthopedic team. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following and were seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent this role you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTAs. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90% giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PTs receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. Youll achieve success by:

• Reviewing patients medical history

• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients spending an average of 30 minutes with each person

• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns

• Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes

• Using exercises stretching equipment and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients pain increase mobility and prevent further pain and injury

• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in California

• CPR and first aid certification

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
