In this role youll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting develop and implement individualized plans of care and track clinical outcomes to support patient closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based patient-centered care whilemaintainingstrong clinical and documentation standards.

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes

• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island

Compensation: $80000-$100000 inclusive of productivity incentives withadditionalcompensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off medical dental vision disability and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
