Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: New Prague Minnesota United States

Contract Details: Full-time

As a Physical Therapist you will work with patients to help them improve their mobility relieve pain and prevent or limit physical disabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans

- Implement and monitor treatment plans including exercises stretches and other therapeutic techniques

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home

- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide progress updates

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

- Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. The skilled nursing facility is offering up to $52 per hour for the right candidate. The contract length will be discussed during the interview process.
