About the role:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team. Were looking for
someone passionate about patient care collaborative by nature and committed to helping
clients reach their highest level of independence.
As a Physical Therapist youll assess plan and implement individualized treatment
programs focused on improving mobility and function. Youll also work closely with
patients and their families to support personalized goals and ensure positive outcomes.
