We are currently offering an opportunity in the outpatientsetting at the HSHS Physical Therapy OP clinic located at 1188 S. State Route 157 Edwardsville IL.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
• CPR certification
• APTA membership preferred
• Experience treating all ages a plus (from pediatrics to geriatrics)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services
• Supervise PT Assistants as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care
• Complete documentation and case management
• Maintain professionalism empathy and service excellence
