Vantage Health Partners is seeking an Entry Level Physical Therapist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team in Colorado Springs. As a Physical Therapist at Vantage Health Partners you will play a vital role in helping patients restore mobility manage pain and improve their overall quality of life. Working within our rehabilitation department you will collaborate closely with physicians nurses and other allied health professionals to deliver personalized treatment plans that meet each patients unique needs and recovery goals.

- Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other treatment techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed clinical records
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Assist patients in improving mobility strength and functional independence
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship in an entry-level capacity
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Prior clinical internship or hands-on patient care experience is a plus
