Job Summary
This outpatient practice sits on Virginias Eastern Shore in Cape Charles a small Chesapeake Bay town. The group is actively recruiting from out of the area and has built a relocation package to match including direct help finding housing.
The clinic is hiring a Physical Therapist for a general outpatient caseload. Compensation and benefits are negotiable based on experience and skill so strong candidates should not screen themselves out on the posted rate.
Physical Therapists start at $45 per hour with rates negotiable.
Benefits include Anthem health and vision plus Delta Dental with the employer covering seventy percent of the employee premium a Fidelity-managed IRA or 401(k) with an employer match up to three percent of annual salary three weeks of PTO for new graduates or four weeks for experienced therapists plus one additional day per year of employment and up to $1500 per year in continuing education reimbursement.
A $5000 sign-on bonus and $5000 in relocation assistance are both available and the relocation money is paid even if you do not incur relocation costs.
The practice also assists with housing. One featured option is a three-bedroom rental with a private dock and deep-water access at $2000 per month.
Required Skills:
The Role You will manage a mixed neurologic and orthopedic caseload with full one-on-one visits. Because the practice is owner-led rather than corporate clinicians who take initiative have clear paths to grow into larger roles.
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree (BSc/HND) in: Business Administration Marketing Pharmacy Health Management Public Health Economics Biological Sciences or a related discipline
