Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health Atlanta GA PRN & Part-Time $65$85 Per Visit
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the Atlanta GA area.
Choose between part-time W-2 employment with benefits or a flexible PRN opportunity based on your availability.
Whether youre looking to build a consistent weekly caseload or pick up visits around your current schedule this opportunity lets you deliver individualized patient care without the double-booking productivity quotas and clinic burnout that are common in traditional outpatient settings.
What Youll Do:
As a Physical Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patients functional needs and goals.
- Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
- Help patients improve mobility strength balance safety and overall function.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with patients families physicians and members of the clinical team.
- Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling patient care and logistics.
- Build and manage your caseload based on your availability and preferred coverage area.
Compensation:
Part-Time W-2:
- $65 per follow-up visit.
- $75 per 4-unit evaluation.
PRN:
- $72 per 4-unit follow-up visit.
- $85 per evaluation.

Qualifications:
- An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Georgia is required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong clinical communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
