Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant in Tampa Florida to treat patients with traumatic brain injuries.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant. While TBI experience is a plus its not requiredwe welcome eager learners. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $26/hr - $30/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM With 1 Hour Lunch
- Directly deliver and monitoring patient rehabilitation under the guidance of a physical therapist.
- Instruct patients through targeted exercise programs.
- Administer specialized therapeutic modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
- Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout every session.
- Maintain meticulous compliant clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on home care and recovery strategies.
- Manage equipment upkeep.

Requirements
- Active Florida PTA License
- Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures.
- TBI Experience Helpful But Not Required. New Grads Welcome
- Excellent communication skills to work with patients and healthcare teams.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physical therapy principles.
- Ability to assess patient conditions and modify treatments based on feedback from the physical therapist.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with patients.
- Prior experience in personal injury preferred.
- Knowledge/experience treating patients with TBIs preferred.
