FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Ruston LA is seeking motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available offering flexibility to find the schedule that works best for you.

• $30$35/hour
• 80 hours of vacation your first year accrued based on hours worked
• Vacation increases by 8 hours each year up to a maximum of 160 hours annually
• 24 additional PTO hours for medical appointments or inclement weather

As a Physical Therapist Assistant youll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their individual treatment goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide treatment in accordance with the Physical Therapists established plan of care
• Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Monitor patient response and progress during treatment
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with therapists and other team members to provide a positive patient experience
• Follow all applicable clinical safety and professional standards

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Louisiana PTA license or eligibility for Louisiana licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other team members
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
