Schedule: PRN / As Needed
Ready for a flexible therapy opportunity We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team in Bryan Ohio on a PRN basis.
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with mobility strength balance transfers and functional activities
- Follow individualized treatment plans
- Document patient care and progress
- Work closely with PT nursing and the interdisciplinary team
- Help residents reach their highest level of independence
- Current Ohio PTA license
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- SNF/geriatric experience is a plus
- Dependable compassionate and team-oriented
- Strong communication and clinical skills
