Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact every day Were seeking a compassionate skilled PTA to support our Physical Therapists in delivering highquality patientcentered care. What Youll Do

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with mobility therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Observe and document patient progress reporting updates to the supervising PT
• Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation
• Help ensure a safe clean and supportive treatment environment
• Contribute to a positive teamoriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed

What You Bring

• Associates degree from an accredited PTA program required
• Current PTA license in the state of Arkansas in good standing required
• CPR certification
• Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
