FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Provo Utah is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient team.

Manageable Patient Schedule

• Average of approximately 12 patient visits per day

• Focus on individualized treatment and quality patient care

• Collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists

Pay: $30$35 per hour depending on experience

• Specialized certification tracks in Balance Pelvic Health and Orthopedics

• $1000 annual salary increase for each completed FYZICAL College certification in Balance Pelvic Health or Orthopedics subject to program terms

• $1250 annual CEU reimbursement

• Implement treatment programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises functional activities and rehabilitation programs

• Provide appropriate manual therapy techniques as directed and within applicable scope-of-practice requirements

• Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress

• Monitor patient responses and communicate progress to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with the clinical team to support positive patient outcomes

• Help create a welcoming patient-focused clinic environment

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Active Utah PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure in accordance with state requirements

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Passion for helping patients improve mobility balance and quality of life

• Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals
