About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CPTE youll work closely with Physical Therapists to provide individualized evidence-based care that helps patients improve mobility reduce pain restore function and return to the activities they love. Youll work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while collaborating with a supportive clinical team focused on exceptional patient outcomes.

Your day-to-day:

• Provide direct patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength mobility balance coordination endurance and overall function
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises neuromuscular re-education therapeutic activities and functional movement training
• Assist patients with gait training transfers mobility activities and other functional tasks as appropriate
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress concerns and updates with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on home exercise programs injury prevention strategies and healthy movement patterns to support long-term outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems in compliance with company and state standards
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists front office staff and support teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship continuing education and clinical collaboration opportunities
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive team-oriented clinic culture

What You Bring

• Active New Hampshire PTA license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients of all ages and activity levels
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics sports medicine and functional rehabilitation
• Passion for delivering high-quality evidence-based patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset
