Position Overview

• As our practice expands your leadership and clinical expertise will help define our success and ensure exceptional experiences for both patients and staff.
• Youll continue doing what you do best treating patients while helping to shape how the clinic is built how care is delivered and how the team develops.

What Youll Do ClinicalCare

Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized 1 on 1 treatment patient care plans

Treat orthopedic neurological vestibular and balance patients

Focus on outcomes patient experience and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (or license-eligible)
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics neurological vestibular and balance patients
• Self-motivated organized and collaborative leader
• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team
• Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths
