Physical Therapist

Physical Therapists work as part of our Therapy and Fitness team to help our senior clients maintain and regain fitness and function.

We are looking for bothfull-time and part-timePhysical Therapists

Pay Rate- $50-$65 per hour DOE (for full-time)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and interpret findings to determine the treatment goals and plans
• Documentprogress toward identified objectives
• Administerquality physical therapy services
• Conductpatient and family education
• Maintainclient records
• Completerequired forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapistlicense in CA
• 1 year experience preferred
• Must pass FBI & DOJ clearance
• COVID vaccinations and routine testing
