Qualifications:
Licensed rehabilitation care practitioners
Duties:
Independently administers Physical Therapy and provides treatment services to individuals with more complicated therapy needs.
Collaborate with Director of RMU Nursing Director FHSD and medical staff.
Attend bi-weekly Care conference
This position is for day shift 4 days per week M-Th 8 hrs/day.
