Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent direct hire position!
  
• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  
• The Physical Therapist will develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to help patients achieve functional goals and maximize recovery.
  
• Assess patient progress provide education and adapt treatment approaches to meet each patients needs across all age groups.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure high-quality age-appropriate patient care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  
• Knowledge of physical therapy assessment treatment planning and age-appropriate patient care.
