Phone Operator BDC Appointment Setter

Do you want to work at one of the busiest dealerships in the region for an employer that treats you like family We have immediate openings for Professional Phone Operators who can cross train on Service Appointment Setting and BDC.

This is more than appointment setting. You are the voice of one of the largest dealerships in the region and usually the first person a customer ever talks to here. We are hiring people who want to own that.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and route them staying on until a live person picks up
• Handle live transfers and leave clear accurate notes for the department taking the customer
• Set and confirm service appointments
• Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries
• UtilizeCRM tracking system daily

Requirements

• Dependable with a great attitude
• Excellent phone skills and a courteous demeanor
• Computer proficient
• Able to handle a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls
• Able to work Saturdays
• Clean background and valid drivers license
• Call center experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
