Job Description:

Whether you are just starting your career or have some phlebotomy experience were here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided develop your talents and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalants donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable convenient and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Pay: $21.00 - $22.30 per hour

Salary is commensurate with a candidates experience qualifications skills and geographic location.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Start Date: 11/09/2026

Training:

Phlebotomy training will take place in Mather during your first 90 days of employment. As this position is based in Redding you will be required to travel to Mather for training which is held Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. You will use your personal vehicle for travel and will be reimbursed for mileage. Hotel accommodations and meals will be provided as needed during the training period.
