Shift 1 (United States of America)Job Description:
Pay: $18.08 - $19.65 per hour plus a 5% Premium while working mobile locations
Start Date: 9/14/26
Schedule: Full-time (Monday Friday) with occasional weekends.
Travel: Up to 100 miles from Lewiston including weekly overnights as needed. This position is based out of Lewiston ID. Training will be conducted in Spokane WA and its for 10 weeks. Hotels and meals covered.
No prior phlebotomy experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What Youll Do
Most days youll conduct a blood drive in one of our buses; other days youll interact with donors at one of our local donation day you will:
Greet donors keeping them comfortable and informed
Perform blood draws (paid training provided)
Manage accurate and organized donor information
Receive coaching encouragement and support from caring managers who are invested your career and success
Set up operate and break down equipment at mobile blood drives
Package and transport blood products according to established procedures

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Ability to travel throughout the service area including overnight hotel stays
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed
