Phlebotomist

As ourPhlebotomist you will helpthe Laboratory obtain and/or prepare specimens for analysisso they canprovide accurate laboratory services vital for outpatient inpatient surgery and emergency department patients.

Every day you willwork under the direct supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor obtaining and/or preparing specimens for analysis. You will be expected touse a state-of-the-art wireless handheld computer to ensure patient safetyandactively participate in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.

To be successful in this role you mustbe a dynamic Phlebotomist who is passionate about the health and well-being of our patientsandhave completed an accredited phlebotomy program (with national certification being preferred).

• High School diploma or equivalent
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)

Preferred

• Previous experience in a health-related field
• Phlebotomy Cert
