Job Summary
Make a lasting difference for children and families across Kent South East London and East Sussex.
Demelza is looking for an experienced and ambitious Philanthropy Manager to help grow our income from high-net-worth individuals and secure sustainable funding for our vital hospice care services.
In this exciting role youll build meaningful relationships with major donors develop a strong prospect pipeline create compelling cases for support and deliver outstanding stewardship that inspires long-term giving.
Working closely with the Deputy Director of Fundraising Marketing & Communications senior leadership and trustees youll play a key role in shaping and delivering our philanthropy strategy while helping achieve ambitious income targets.
Were looking for someone with:
Significant experience in philanthropy major donor or relationship fundraising.
A proven track record of securing five- and six-figure gifts.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience managing donor pipelines and developing new funding opportunities.
