As a Certified Pharmacy Technician in our Specialty Pharmacy you will play a critical role in supporting the complex and personalized medication needs of patients managing chronic and rare conditions. This specialized role ensures the accurate timely and compliant processing of high-cost high-touch medications directly impacting patient access and treatment adherence.

Every day you will meticulously process specialty medication prescriptions manage prior authorizations and coordinate benefits verification with insurance providers. Youll expertly communicate with patients regarding their therapy dosage and delivery schedules and assist pharmacists with patient follow-up and clinical documentation.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED Metropolitan Test or equivalent

• Required 1 years retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience

• Active Pharmacy Technician License in good standing in the state(s) in which the employee works if required by state law
• Active CPT-EXCPT or CPT-PTCB or CPHT certification in good standing CPT-EXCPT or CPT-PTCB or CPHT
• Skills:
