What we ask of you:

• Lead and inspire your pharmacy team to provide safeaccurate and compassionate care to every customer

• Manage daily pharmacy operations ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions whilemaintainingcompliance with state and federal regulations

• Provide meaningful patient counseling on prescription and over-the-counter medications including proper use and potential interaction

• Oversee the administration of immunizations and ensure all services meet company and state standards

• Maintain pharmacy records inventory and security in alignment with company policies and HIPAA requirements

• Collaborate with healthcare providers insurance partners and internal teams to coordinate patient care

• Hire train and mentor pharmacy team members fostering a positive inclusive and high-performing work environment

• Ensure compliance with company policies audits and regulatory requirements

• Engage with your local community andparticipatein outreach or wellness initiatives that promote pharmacy growth and visibility

Whatyoubring to the table:

• Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice

• Certification to administer immunizations aspermittedby state law

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first mindset

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively motivate others and adapt in a fast-paced environment
