Store Manager Pharmacy Limerick

QR Select are recruiting an experienced Pharmacy Manager close to Limerick city the opening hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday

The Store Manager is accountable for running the pharmacy store as a commercial business delivering strong customer experience people leadership and financial performance while ensuring full compliance with pharmacy regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the commercial performance of the store including sales margin payroll and operating costs.
• Deliver against store sales margin and profitability targets.
• Analyse weekly and monthly performance reports and implement action plans to improve results.
• Drive growth across key revenue areas including:
• Manage store payroll budgets and labour productivity.
• Inventory Management
• Ensure store operations are organised efficient and aligned with company operating procedures.
• Work in partnership with the Supervising Pharmacist to ensure compliance with all PSI and HSE regulations.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to support company projects and initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing a retail store or similar customer-facing business.
• Experience leading teams and managing store performance.
• Experience in pharmacy healthcare retail FMCG retail or convenience retail desirable
