SUMMARY:

ThePharmacyBenefits AccountManager (PBAM)isa new role in a rapidly growing team.PBAMrole will support the HUB Pharmacypracticein the delivery ofPBMstrategy and data driven analysis.ThePBAMwillwork directly withPharmacy Consultantstosupport the Request for Proposal (RFP) process create ad-hocreportsas well as prepare drafts of client-facing deliverables.The ideal candidate willhave a well-rounded understanding of pharmacy benefitsenjoyworking in aface pacedenvironment anddemonstratestrongproblem-solvingskills.

ROLERESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pharmacy data collection validation and preparationfor analysisand deliverables.

• Use of multiple tools and access points to obtain the data withconsideration inlocatinginconsistenciesin the data and information.

• Mustproactivelymanageprojects workload initiatives andassignmentsasdeterminedby the HUB Pharmacy Practice team.

• Work withinthe HUB Pharmacy Practiceteamto manage track and updatecore business activitiesfor tracking & business advancement purposes.

• Support lead pharmacy consultants on client engagementsand meetings.

• Contributes directlytosupport ofthedesignimplementation and maintenanceof standardizedpharmacy teamoperations workflows &pharmacyanalytics strategies.

• Establish productive and professional relationships withall members of the HUB Pharmacy Practice.

• Candidate can be a work from home or hybrid employee.

CANDIDATEREQUIREMENTS:

• 4-yearsminimum work experiencein Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)operations account managementor underwriting pharmacy consultinganalyticsor generalpharmacy benefitsanalytics.

• Bachelors degree fromfour-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Intermediate knowledge ofPBM Industrystakeholders intermediariesand buyers.

• Experience evaluating and explaining various PBM models pricingtypesand products.

• Strong understanding ofPBMcontracting life cycle.

• Experience managing and updating CRM tools (i.e.Salesforce ).

• Refined verbal andwritten communication skills.

• Accomplished project manager who can juggle multiple priorities and adjust todynamicenvironment.

• Detailed oriented andaccuratein producing work deliverables and capable ofperforming reasonability reviews of pharmacy reportsandgeneral analyticscontent.

• Established history of workingindependentlyin remote or officeenvironment.

• Mustapproach all taskswith a sense of urgencyto meetdeadlinesassignedin a cross-functional environment.

• Mustpossessadvancedskillsin thecurrentMicrosoftOfficesuite ofapplications specificallyMS OutlookMS ExcelMSPowerPoint& MSWord

• Outlook ability to manage email volume and keep calendarup to date

• Exceltheability to learn basic & advanceddatalookup& arithmeticcalculativefunctions(Vlookups SUMIFS &etc.)

• PowerPointtheabilityto assemble content in standardizedPowerPoint templates.

• Wordtheability to reviewtracked editchangesand make document comparisons.

• Power Business Intelligence (BI) experience preferred

• Must have the ability and desire to be part of acollaborativeteam& businessenvironment managing multiple priorities day-to-day.

The expected hourly range for this position is $25.85/hour to $32.31/hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
