• Hours of operation are 8:15am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities for the Pharmacist:

• Ensure the responsible use of medications and all aspects of pharmacy operations while effectively and efficiently maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies and state boards of pharmacy.

• Help maintain policies and procedures for the procurement storage and dispensing of drugs.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal state and local regulations.

• Oversee track and implement new Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance to current and updated accreditation standards (ACHC URAC NABP).

Key Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy or PharmD degree.

• State of Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing

• Additional state pharmacist licenses highly preferred but not required

• Working knowledge of Third-Party adjudication and resolution

• Knowledge and understanding of related accreditation and performance standards

• Ability to communicate in a multi discipline environment across all business units

• Must exhibit excellent telephone customer service and computer skills with the desire to represent the department in a professional and courteous manner
