PGIM Operations supports the investment and fund lifecycles across a diverse range of asset classes products and solutions. Our teams provide operational expertise that helps ensure investment activity is executed accurately and critical business processes run efficiently. Working closely with portfolio managers client-facing teams brokers custodians and business partners Operations play a vital role in supporting the delivery of investment solutions to clients around the world.

What You Can Expect:
As a PGIM Operations intern youll gain exposure to the teams processes and activities that support the investment/fund lifecycle at one of the worlds leading asset managers.
From investment transactions and portfolio activity to data management reporting and process improvement youll work alongside experienced professionals to support accurate execution efficient operations and effective client service.
Depending on your placement youll contribute to projects and day-to-day activities that support operational excellence while developing your analytical problem-solving and professional skills.
You may:
Support operational processes that enable investment transactions and client activity
Analyze data identify trends and assist with reporting and reconciliations
Help maintain the accuracy integrity and timely delivery of business and investment information
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational effectiveness
Collaborate with investment client-facing and operational teams
Contribute to automation process improvement and other business initiatives
Research issues evaluate potential solutions and help drive resolution
Your placement within the program will provide exposure to one of the following areas:
Intern placements are determined based on business needs candidate interests and organizational priorities.
Investment Operations Supporting the Investment Lifecycle
Help support operational teams responsible for the processing and oversight of investment transactions and portfolio activity across areas such as fixed income and derivatives securities lending bank loans collateral management and other investment products. Gain exposure to the processes that help ensure transactions are completed accurately portfolio information is maintained effectively and investment teams have the operational support needed to manage client assets.
This is a strong fit for students who enjoy problem solving working in fast-paced environments collaborating across teams and learning how investment products move through the financial markets.
Fund Operations Supporting the Funds Behind the Investments
Help support teams responsible for the administration accounting and reporting activities that help PGIMs investment funds operate effectively. Exposure may include fund accounting processes NAV (net asset value) calculations fund launches and transitions trustee reporting performance reporting and regulatory reporting. Gain insight into how investment products are structured maintained and reported while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of information provided to clients regulators and other stakeholders.
This is a strong fit for students who enjoy analytical thinking working with data attention to detail and understanding how investment products are managed and reported.
What Youll Need:
Education Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
Academic Achievement Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
Analytical Thinking Ability to evaluate information solve problems and identify practical solutions through coursework projects internships leadership experiences or other hands-on opportunities.
Attention to Detail Ability to work accurately manage multiple priorities and maintain a high standard of quality.
Communication & Collaboration Ability to communicate effectively work with others and contribute in a team environment.
Curiosity & Initiative Willingness to ask thoughtful questions take initiative and learn new processes and concepts.

Itd Be a Plus If You Have:
Fields of Study Open to all majors with relevant fields including Finance Accounting Economics Business Supply Chain Management Information Systems (MIS) Data Analytics Mathematics Statistics or other disciplines that support operational excellence financial services data analysis or process improvement.
Financial Markets Curiosity Interest in financial markets investments asset management or how investment products are traded serviced reported and supported across the investment lifecycle.
Operations & Problem-Solving Mindset Interest in understanding how complex processes work identifying issues improving workflows and helping teams operate efficiently and effectively.
Data & Analytical Tools Experience using Excel or other analytical tools to organize information identify trends or support decision-making through coursework projects internships or extracurricular activities.
Service & Stakeholder Mindset Understanding of the importance of delivering accurate timely and high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
